Kids Coats is hiring an Executive Director

For over 20 years, Kids Coats has partnered with local communities across Hamilton County to provide free winter coats and connect families to essential resources, prayer opportunities, and churches in their neighborhoods. We serve more than 3,000 people annually through a network of compassionate volunteers, churches, schools, and community partners.

As we strengthen our standalone operational model for long-term sustainability, we are hiring our first paid Executive Director to lead us into the next chapter of service.

Position Summary

The Part-Time Executive Director will provide mission-driven leadership, fundraising direction, and operational coordination during a pivotal period in Kids Coats’ history. This role is ideal for a leader who excels in relationship-building, thrives in a flexible nonprofit environment, and is energized by the opportunity to shape the future of a beloved community organization.

The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, volunteer leaders, church partners, and community stakeholders.
