Rosanne’s career spanned finance, technology, consulting, and business operations before retiring. Today, she gives back through Kids Coats and the Merciful HELP Center, volunteering in the food pantry and supporting local families. A Purdue University graduate in computer science and finance, she has served as board president for Fairgreen Trace Homeowners Association and Women & Hi Tech. Rosanne enjoys hiking, jumping rope, reading, and knitting.

fran pawlowski, community outreach

Fran has volunteered with Kids Coats since retiring from teaching in 2014 and now leads Community Outreach. She has supported everything from coat distribution to warehouse operations and volunteer support. Her favorite part is seeing children leave with warm coats and making sure every volunteer feels welcomed and appreciated.

michael Winterhelder, Secretary/HR

After graduating Indiana University, Michael spent more than 25 years in human resources, including HR business partner roles with Rolls-Royce and Sallie Mae/Navient, before retiring. In addition to Kids Coats, he also volunteers for the Sally Burton Food Pantry at St. Louis de Montfort in Fishers.

beth cassady, Volunteer Coordinator

Beth brings experience in communications, marketing, community engagement, and volunteer leadership. Active in local schools, church, and community organizations, she helps strengthen volunteer coordination for Kids Coats. Beth enjoys family time, walking with friends, and listening to podcasts.

Jeanne maurer-gault, member-at-large

Jeanne is an IU Kelley School of Business graduate who retired after a career in banking and finance. She joined the Kids Coats Board in 2019 and is active with several local service organizations. Jeanne also volunteers with her therapy dog, Klaus, visiting libraries and memory care facilities.

janet bracher, member-at-large

Janet is an elementary school teacher with more than 30 years in education. She joined the Kids Coats Board in 2021 after volunteering at a coat distribution and seeing its impact firsthand. She enjoys traveling, reading, volunteering, and spending time with her family.

tina mitchell, member-at-large

Tina discovered Kids Coats through Crossroads Church of Westfield and was drawn to its mission. She has coordinated coat collections, organized donations, and assisted families at distributions. She enjoys serving her community and making a difference for local children.
